Someone's got security in the hen cage; we can all rest easy! Nice post, Mark!

Thanks Ron, for the kudus and support. Between my wife's serious health issues and my lost ability to stay focused, it's so easy to stop even trying to write. Your kindness is a gentle kick in the butt.

It’s surely like breathing Mark. You're just trying to catch your breath in this moment-both of you. Your presence with your wife, Emily, is what you both need. Be thinking/praying for you both.

A beautiful posting, Mark. Not a hint of politics, which is the way I like them. Thanks for sharing it. I hope things are well with your family.

Hello Mark - First, thank you for your kind comment. We're doing well and just got back from our son's house painting marathon. Life is good. I hope all is well in your corner of the world. BTW - I hope to be getting out more, giving me more non-political - "food for thought"

Savoring the good life. I took another ride today - headed North. The fields are already starting to green up. Thanks

There is nothing better than getting on your bike and going for a ride--especially when you want to clear your head. I am so happy the weather is better now as I’ve done a few of the same rides you describe--with slightly different scenery. 😂 🚴‍♀️

The rides are also especially appreciated after a winter that kept on giving.
