Rats I tried! I wanted to read if you can’t sing, harmonize! I love that concept, and agree.

I just found the piece about us waking and being on earth in the universe, and wondered if you purposely spaced it like that? I’m guessing yes, as poetry. But I still wanted to hear your take on the harmony thing. I mean it’s literally true. Gail isn’t monotone. But her range is less than an octave. So when she’s lucky, and knows the song, if she can’t sing in unison, she’ll unknowingly be singing along in harmony, which I love. Now I know your blog will be rife w meaning and symbolism beyond my literal take, but I just wanted to share that tidbit w you about it. Your title implies wonderful meaning and metaphor, but as I ‘splained, it’s literally true too. -CL

Hi Chris - I REALLY appreciate your coming on board AND your input. I think - "If you can't hit the notes, Harmonize" will ring true literally to anyone at all interested in music and that's a lot of people. Metaphorically it's equally important. However, I'm concerned many potential viewers might categorically zoom right past it as irrelevant to their lives - missing the point that it's about learning how to meld the best parts of us all. BTW - the Harmonize concept is available in the "ABOUT ME" section at the beginning of the blog. Hopefully that's easily accessible to you. Take care, Mark

Hello Libor - It's good to hear from you and your perspective. I did short term medical mission work in a Nicaraguan refugee camp near Tilaron, Costa Rica in 1984. That's the closest I've been to Nicaragua though I've also done work in Honduras, Mexico and D.R.

Wars just seem to shift things around until the next war when they get shifted around again. People then just hate different people. As long as we're OK with dehumanizing and demeaning people unlike us, there's not much chance for an enduring change. But we keep trying - YEA. Pasa un buen dia
